The seller is the owner, Okersee-Schiffahrt GmbH. Insolvency proceedings in respect of its assets were opened on 29 September 2026; the insolvency administrator released the vessel from the insolvency estate on 2 October 2026, and the sale is made by the company subject to this release under German insolvency law. The registered ship mortgage will be discharged before handover; the bank's consents to its discharge are in hand.

No fixed asking price. Offers are to be stated net; VAT depends on the buyer's place of business and status, and an intra-Community supply to a business is normally VAT-exempt. This page is an invitation to submit offers, not an offer. The seller decides at its own discretion and may change or terminate the procedure at any time without making an award; the highest bid does not automatically win.
